WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
We're based out of North Central Florida, + YOU BET WE TRAVEL!! Traveling is one of our favorite things about being photographers! We are TSA pre-checked and ready to go wherever love takes you!
What should we wear?
We understand that styling yourself or you and your family can tend to be one of the most challenging + stressful parts of a professional photo session. DON'T YOU WORRY! We have created an exclusive style guide for our clients to help you understand the importance of styling, and provide you with a ton of inspiration!
We're SUPER awkward! How will we get good photos?!
Nerves are so normal, especially if you haven’t had professional photos taken before! It can feel overwhelming to suddenly have the spotlight
turned on you, even when you have your person by your side, but you are in good hands! We give a lot of direction and rely on prompts that encourage interaction, so you’ll never feel like a deer in the headlights (we also crack plenty of dumb mom + dad jokes. get excited!).
WHAT IF WE DON’T WANT AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
That's completely fine! Our packages include engagement sessions because we find it beneficial to work together before your big day. It helps you get more comfortable with us and how we work. Not to mention, it can definitely help shake some of your nerves if you tend to be a little camera shy!
How many images do you deliver?
For most intimate weddings, we deliver a minimum of 500 high-resolution edits images and for elopements, a minimum of 300. So many things can impact the number of images that you will receive, that we don’t like to put a set number on it or max out the number of images we deliver. Just know you’ll get the best of the best and we will capture all of the details too!
Do you give out RAW images?
No. Our editing style is a huge part of what makes our art, well…ours! It’s like a chef giving uncooked ingredients to their customers + nobody likes raw chicken if ya know what we mean! We promise we will deliver alllll the beautiful images you want. If you think we missed something, just ask! It’s all about building trust between us. If you trust us to capture your love story + make magic, don’t ask for RAW’s.
Whats your turn around time?
We pride ourselves on a quick turn around time, because we know how exciting it is to get your photo's back + relive those moments over and over again! For a standard session, turn around time is no more than fourteen days. For weddings and elopements, no more than thirty to sixty days as those galleries take just a little more time + TLC.
How far out do you book?
When it comes to weddings, we typically book anywhere from 9-12 months out. Session availability varies based on the season, but typically we book sessions no less than thirty days in advance!
How do we book you?
The first thing we'd love for you to do is to fill out our contact form! This form allows us to get a better vision for your wedding day or what milestone you are looking to document. Simply scroll down to the bottom of this page and click "CONTACT", from there you can give us all the details!
How does payment work?
We made this part extremely easy for ya! we will send you a contract + an invoice for you to review via Honeybook. Once you sign the contract, we simply ask for a 50% retainer to hold your date. your final payment will be due 30 days prior to your wedding or elopement. All payments can be made directly through Honeybook via credit card or bank transfer.
What if we have to cancel or reschedule our wedding date?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding date, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. Please understand that we are not trying to steal your money. we do this because we have reserved your date in our calendar, and are counting on that income to pay the bills. For the first reschedule, we will try our best to work with you to find another date that works for both of us. if you need to change your date for a second time, a new retainer would be required. If you cancel or reschedule your date within 30 days of your wedding day, you are responsible for the remaining balance. Again, please understand that we have this policy in place because we have most likely already made travel or lodging accommodations, paid employees, purchased any additional equipment, etc. and were counting on that income.
HOW DO YOU KEEP OUR IMAGES SECURE?
Image security is one of our highest priorities! We upload your RAW images to our computers and make a copy on both of our external hard drives. Then, when the final edited files are exported into your gallery, we keep another copy of those. Your moments are of the utmost importance to us, and we treat them as such.
